- 32 ounces fresh Brussels spouts Separated into individual leaves
- 1/2 pound thick cut smoked bacon 1/4 inch slices
- 2 tablespoons real butter
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 bulb fresh garlic Minced
- 1 cup Fontina cheese Grated
- 1 tablespoon seasoning mix I used roasted garlic herb
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

- Slice bacon and cook until crispy with butter
- Add Brussels Spouts and cook 10 minutes on medium high heat- stirring to get everything evenly cooked
- Add garlic, sauté for another 10 minutes
- Add cream & reduce head to medium low. Stir and scrape bottom of pan to get up all the yummy bits
- Simmer for 10 minutes or until the cream has reduced by half
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
- Add Fontina cheese & crushed red pepper
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes
- Serve warm & Enjoy!

Here is how to make this Forking EPIC Au Gratin Brussels Spouts~
Remove bottom of sprout and separate leaves. Slice the heart into thin slivers.
Slice bacon in 1/4 slices and add to large sauté pan with the butter
Cook until crispy and golden brown
Sauté for 10 minutes, stirring often to make sure everything gets evenly cooked
Add garlic and sauté for another 10 minutes
Add cream and cook for another 10 minutes, or until cream has reduced by half
Put in a casarole dish (this is an 8 inch round dish and it’s perfect) and bake for 20 minutes
Top with grated fontina cheese and crushed red pepper. Bake for 5 more minutes
Serve warm & Enjoy!!
